Mr. Chittar is an outstanding and one of the finest Sitar players from Mumbai. He is one of the senior most disciples of Pt. Arvind Parikh who is the senior most disciple of Ustad Vilayat Khan, the architect of the modern Sitar. He is an "A" Grade artist of All India Radio and Television
Mr. Athalye is one of the senior most disciples of Ustad Allarakha and has been performing professionally internationally since last 17 years. He is also an "A" Grade artist of All India Radio and Television.
